Kuma Throws…a Tennis Ball:
Right-handed pitcher Hisashi Iwakuma took another positive step in his rehab from an injured right middle finger. Iwakuma threw a tennis ball for 40-45 pitches from varying lengths, strengthening his grip on the baseball and improving his range of motion. Kuma said everything went great.
