Spring Training Countdown
Mariners Pitchers and Catchers report to spring training in Peoria, Arizona in just 10 days. The pitchers and catchers will undergo physicals on Feb. 11 and hit the fields the following day on Feb. 12. Position players are scheduled to report to Peoria on Feb. 17 and the first full-squad workout will be held Feb. 18.
The Mariners first Cactus League game is Friday, March 2 vs. the Oakland A’s at Phoenix Municipal Stadium, and the spring home opener at Peoria Stadium is Saturday, March 3 vs. the A’s (1:05 MT/12:05 PT). Both games vs. the A’s will be broadcast on 710 ESPN Seattle. A complete listing of spring TV/Radio broadcasts is provided below.
